Posters

Abstract book and CD-ROM

Accepted abstracts will be published on CD-ROM. Abstract books will be printed in a limited number of copies. They will not be included in the congress bag but will be placed in designated areas in the congress centre. A voucher will be included in the congress bag to be exchanged for the CD-ROM. Copyright for the publication of the abstract will be transferred to the International Diabetes Federation.

Late-breaking abstracts policy

  • Results published or likely to have been published before the 22 October 2009 are not allowed

Please contact the Programme Coordinator at the Congress Secretariat for more information on procedures. The deadline for submission of late-breaking abstracts is 30 June 2009, midnight EST. The Programme Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submitted abstracts. The submitting author will be informed by e-mail of the abstract selection results. The decision of the abstract selection committee is final. These conditions will be strictly adhered to.
