Hospitality suites will be available for exhibitors to set up private meetings at the cost of 20,- EUR per sq m per day. Please note that hospitality suites are provided as “space only”.

Hospitality Suites are located on level 5 of the Palais des Congrès, the same level as the rooms of the official programme as well as the satellite symposia.

Fees do not include furniture, electricity and internet connection, etc.

Please note that the International Diabetes Federation congress policy states that no company can take an option on sponsorship items, be it satellite symposia, hospitality suites or other sponsoring or marketing items, without also taking exhibition space.
